As part of the Walcot Chapel Exhibition our group was selected to exhibit our work for one day on the 8th April 2011 at the British Inspiration Awards in London.

8 days in till the private view of Esoteric Illusions.

Displayed below are the names and addresses of art galleries I have visited in bath with piles of our exhibition flyers. The main aim is to promote our exhibition to as many people as possible. In small groups we will also be giving out flyers in the city centre!

Fundraising!

On the 22nd of March our group held a cake sale at our university art campus at Sion Hill in Bath. Everyone in our group made a variety of cakes to sell. I and a fellow group member were there from 10am to 2pm running the sale together. 
As a group we have already raised £112 from two cake sales which were held at Newton Park Campus.


At Sion Hill we raised £43.70.

I have been impressed with how much money our group has raised from our three cakes sales. We have now made a profit of £155.70.

Promoting our group exhibition Esoteric Illusions!

This week I have visited as many galleries in Bath with the flyers for our exhibition. I left a few flyers in small galleries and gave a larger pile of flyers to the bigger galleries, which are more well known.

I have already run out of flyers......

As a group we have decided to print some more, to advertise our exhibition to more galleries!

Exhibition Esoteric Illusions at the Walcot Chapel Gallery!

This is a exciting exhibition I have been working towards for 6 months now.
I have been working in a group with 9 other art students.
Group meetings every week has helped us prepare for the exhibition.
Sponsorship from local companies and fundraising events has allowed us to fund the private view, which will be held on the 5th April 2011.
